From mid-March until the end of April, thousands of cranes gather at the southern tip of the lake, creating one of Sweden’s most breathtaking wildlife experiences. Watch as these graceful birds perform their famous courtship dance – a true sign that spring has arrived.
To make your excursion even more enjoyable, we prepare a picnic backpack filled with hearty sandwiches, delicious pastries, fruit, refreshing drinks, and a thermos of coffee, tea, or hot chocolate to enjoy during your day in nature.
Inside the backpack, you will also find information about the cranes, maps, and recommendations for other beautiful attractions and hidden gems in the surrounding area.
